1791 – The mine’s water-powered system was moved from Gustaf-Adolf Mine to Malmbergskärret, probably to Carl-Sigfrids Mine.
Gustaf-Adolf Mine’s waterwheel was located in the Yngshytte River, just north of Gubbdammen.
1798 – Mine depth: 26 fathoms (approx. 46 m), bottom length 6 fathoms, width 4 fathoms.
1800 – The system was rebuilt, and the mine was idle.
1871 – The mine had not been worked for several decades. A new shaft (lave) was constructed and a water-powered engine installed. Lack of water for the wheels delayed the mine’s pumping.
1872 – The mine bottom was lowered, but with little success; the ore ran out completely.
1873–1874 – Attempts to locate extractable ore were made, but no deposits were found.
1875 – The mine ceased operations.
Depth at closure: approx. 55 m.
1871 – The mine received power from Krangruvan’s new waterwheel.
